I was lucky enough to recieve this book as a Christmas present and would recommend it to anyone just starting out with a gluten-free diet or the experienced gluten-free cook.
For those new to the diet there are sections on Coeliac disease, what is gluten, hidden gluten and help in planning your diet.
As for the recipes themselves there is plenty to chose from whether you are after a soup, pasta dish or a dessert.
Being a lady with a sweet tooth I opted straight for the baked chocolate cheesecake. I have never even eaten a baked cheesecake let alone tried to bake one. So with some trepidation I set about following the recipe and waited for my family to come home. Anxiously I waited whilst they tucked in. What a success they all loved it and I have had further requests. Served with a drizzle of cream the cheesecake melts in the mouth, the base has just the right amount of crunch and as it was just after Christmas the touch of orange was delightful.
Buy this book even if its just for the Chocolate cheesecake recipe and you won't be disappointed.
